Shane Hade – CEO and Board Member

Shane Hade is Chief Executive Officer for Terma. He is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur and strategist with over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, Healthcare Technology and Technology Start-ups. His experience encompasses the creation of enterprise level financial applications for the largest banks in America to venture backed and organic startups in the software development, communications and EMR fields. Prior to joining Terma, Mr. Hade served as the Chief Executive Officer of EDIMS LLC since May 2006.  Shane also worked on advanced technology for: Avanti Health Systems, PriMed, Hackensack University Medical Center, JP Morgan Chase & Co., System Arts, ChartScape, and SendWordNow (mission critical notification services for Time Warner, Walmart, U.S.P.S, and others). Shane has a hands-on technology approach and a focus on bottom-line results, which has enabled him to formulate and implement advanced technology and business solutions that have been successfully used to manage mission-critical enterprise level systems including: patient, banking, and trading systems.  He has a team-based approach to management of emerging-growth IT service and product firms, and has worked with venture capitalists in raising funds and assessing technologies of companies seeking funding.

Jennifer Chisik – CTO

Jennifer Chisik has over 20 years experience in the design and development of commercial software applications. She is a founding member of the Terma Software team, and has been involved in all aspects of the design and development of Terma’s solutions, since the inception of Terma in 2003. Prior to Terma, Ms. Chisik was instrumental in bringing to market AutoSys/JobVision, a job management modeling and design tool that was acquired by Platinum Technologies in mid-1999. In addition, Ms. Chisik was the co-founder of InfoStructures, Inc., a software development and consulting firm which was responsible for bringing TESTBytes to market. TESTBytes is a test data generation tool for relational databases that was acquired by Logic Works, Inc. She has been the technical lead on a variety of enterprise-level products since the late ‘80s, with a specialization in usability/user interface design.

Jim Anderson – VP, Corporate Strategy

Jim Anderson is Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Terma. He has over 25 years of experience in the area of information technology spanning commercial software, services, and data center operations. He began his career in the 1980s as a computer operator which quickly evolved into an application developer where he designed, developed, and implemented many business systems for the companies he worked for. From there he moved on to manage several data centers before joining CA Technologies in the year 2000. At CA, during his 12+ year tenure, he was responsible for various businesses including workload automation and cloud as Vice President of Product Management. He was also responsible for product marketing and business development at various points in his career at CA Technologies. Jim has an Information Systems Degree from the University of Akron in addition to a Business Administration degree from Lake Erie College.

Cathleen Jensen Fellows – VP, Business Operations

Cathleen Fellows has over 20 years of business operational management experience.  After receiving her degree in Film Studies from San Francisco State University, she began a career working in all aspects of  independent documentary film production management for Rattlesnake Productions, Inc. out of Bozeman, MT.  The primary film produced during her tenure was acquired by WGBH (Boston public television) and went on to receive an Emmy nomination for news and documentary.  Subsequently Cathleen was responsible for coordinating and managing scientific conferences and events for UC Berkeley’s Space Sciences Lab.  She then applied her broad production and project management skills to business operations in systems management with AutoSystems Corporation, Inc., the creators of AutoSys. Shortly after the acquisition of AutoSystems by Platinum Technology, Inc., she co-founded Stirling Systems Group, LLC, expanding her focus to a wide array of business operations areas within systems management.

Steve Szettella – VP, Engineering

Steve has been designing and implementing enterprise, multi-platform solutions for over 15 years. Joining Terma in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer, he is now responsible for development, QA, and technical support operations. Previously, Steve has been instrumental in the development and rollout of large-scale projects ranging from credit origination, to customer service, to insurance claims processing for some of the largest companies in the US. With deep experience in mainframe, distributed, and web technologies, Steve brings a broad perspective to evolving Terma’s industry-leading workload analytics platform.

Mike Potts

Mike Potts has over 20 years of experience as a seasoned technology industry veteran spanning the application and security sectors. Mike Potts currently leads all aspects of Lancope’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Prior to Lancope, Potts served as President and CEO of AirDefense, where he led the company’s breakthrough wireless security growth of more than 300% in 2 1/2 years and completed the strategic all cash acquisition of the company by Motorola (NYSE:MOT) in September 2008. Previously, Potts served as CEO of Clickfox, an analytic solutions provider, and as a merger & acquisition advisor to a number of venture backed companies. In 1998 he was appointed President of Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA), a software integration company. He lead the acquisition strategy of more than 1,000 customers during his seven year tenure and was a key contributor to Jacada’s initial public offering raising more than $55m on an initial $200m valuation in 1999 that subsequently surpassed $650m.

Walter Goodwin

Walter Goodwin, one of the founders of Terma Software, is also the founder of Stirling Systems Group, LLC, a software development and integration firm specializing in systems management software. Before Stirling, Goodwin was a founding partner of AutoSystems Corporation, Inc., the software enterprise responsible for the creation of AutoSys, the leading workload automation management system for distributed environments. Prior to that, Goodwin held various technical and management positions in software development in industries from systems management to databases, voice recognition, international banking and finance.
