Terma Software, the world’s foremost developer of leading workload analytics products is currently hiring an Inside Sales Lead Generation and Qualification Associate to work in our Boulder office.  We are looking for a team member who wants to grow with a progressive and customer -centric company.
This position is entry level and requires a confident, driven, and friendly-competitive person with good oral and written skills. You must be independent and self-motivated. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel is required.

This individual will be responsible for a wide-range of ground level marketing and sales activities including qualifying and allocating leads to the sales teams. You will generate interest in Terma’s solutions through daily outbound calls. This includes identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with prospects both over the phone and via email. You’ll also be responsible for documenting and tracking information and activities about these prospects within our CRM system. In conjunction with the prospecting activities you’ll conduct research on accounts and contacts using various methods and online tools.

This position will require that you work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies for prospecting, as well as provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts. You’ll also work closely with sales executives doing account research, customer relationship building, and the conversion of prospects into sales leads.
